1. Fields with * are compulsory. Other fields could be filled in as per the availability of the data.
2. Please fill in the field details with small letters except your name.
3. Please upload as many requirements as possible.
4. After uploading the documents, click submit and it will prompt you to verify if all the fields are filled in with correct information.
5. Once the information is verified you can click once again ‘submit’. Please wait for a while for the form to be submitted.
6. If your form is submitted successfully you will receive an application number. Please note down the application number for future reference.
7. With the application number you can also verify and download your submitted application form in the website under the menu ‘Admission > Admission Details’.
